The Multiple Forms Extension for GravityView (part of the GravityKit suite) is a powerful tool designed to solve the “data silo” problem in Gravity Forms. Normally, a single “View” can only display data from one form. This extension allows you to join multiple forms together and display them as a single, unified entry.

The extension functions by linking entries from different forms based on a shared “Common Key” (a field value that exists in both forms, such as an Email Address, Entry ID, or a custom Unique ID).
Supported Join Types:
Left Join (Default): Displays all entries from your primary form. If a matching entry exists in the secondary form, that data is added; if not, those fields remain empty.
Inner Join (Strict Matching): Only displays entries that have a confirmed match in both forms.
One-to-One Relationships: It combines entries into a single row. For example, if Form A is “User Profile” and Form B is “Recent Order,” the View will show one row with the user’s name and their specific order details side-by-side.
Unified Reporting: Create dashboards that pull from different sources (e.g., combining “Student Info” with “Test Results”).
Cross-Form Search: Use the GravityView Search Bar to filter through data belonging to any of the joined forms simultaneously.
Front-End Editing: Supports editing entries from the joined forms directly from the front end (with some configuration).
Compatible Layouts: Works with standard GravityView layouts like Table and List.
