The SupportCandy Export Tickets add-on can enable CSV export of tickets. It exports all the fields that can be used in the ticket list (even if it is not set in the list), but it does not export other fields such as attachments, descriptions, responses, etc.

Format Support: Primarily exports to CSV (Comma Separated Values), which is compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. Some premium versions also list XLS/XLSX support.
Filtered Exports: The tool uses the current filter applied to your ticket list. If you filter for “High Priority” and “Status: Open,” only those specific tickets will be exported.
Custom Field Support: It includes all custom fields created within SupportCandy (Text, Dropdown, Date, etc.) in the export file.
Role-Based Access: Administrators can restrict export capabilities to specific roles (e.g., only “Support Manager” or “Administrator” can download data).
Column Customization: You can select which fields to include and define their order in the settings, ensuring the output matches your reporting needs.
