The SupportCandy EDD Integration add-on will integrate the Easy Digital Download (EDD) plug-in with your SupportCandy. When activating this plugin, by default, two custom fields for EDD product and order will be added in the “Create Ticket Page”.

EDD Custom Fields: Adds two specialized field types to your ticket forms: EDD Product and EDD Order.
Customer Selection: When creating a ticket, customers can select a specific product or order from their purchase history via a dropdown menu.
Agent Context: Agents see the full order details (Order ID, Date, Amount, and Status) directly within the ticket sidebar, eliminating the need to switch between the helpdesk and EDD dashboard.
“Get Help” Button: Adds a direct support link/button on the EDD Purchase History page, automatically pre-filling product info for the customer.
Order-Specific Filtering: Allows agents to filter or search tickets based on EDD product or order information.

Field Creation: Navigate to Support > Custom Fields and create a new field using the “EDD Product” or “EDD Order” type.
Visibility: Assign these fields to your ticket forms. They will only appear to logged-in users who have a purchase history.
Mapping: The integration automatically maps the logged-in user’s email to their EDD customer profile to pull relevant data.
