The WPAdverts – Fee Per Category addon is a premium extension designed to give you granular control over how you charge for classified listings. On many classified sites, it makes sense to charge more for high-value categories (like “Cars” or “Real Estate”) while keeping others free (like “Community” or “Lost & Found”).

Variable Pricing: Assign specific price plans (Fees) to specific categories.
Dynamic Loading: When a user selects a category on the [adverts_add] form, the pricing options automatically refresh to show only the fees allowed for that specific category.
Free vs. Paid: You can set some categories to be completely free while requiring payment for others.
Multi-Select Handling: By default, it is recommended to switch the category field to a single-select mode when using this addon to avoid pricing conflicts (though it can work with multiple categories if a fee is assigned to all selected ones).
The addon is designed to be “plug-and-play” but requires the core WPAdverts plugin and the Payments module (or WooCommerce integration) to be active.
