Core Features

• Field Mapping: Map Gravity Forms fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, etc.) to the corresponding subscriber fields in The Newsletter Plugin.

• Opt-in Flexibility: * Conditional Subscription: Only subscribe users if they check a specific “Consent” or “Opt-in” box.

  • Enforced Subscription: Automatically add every form submitter to a list (useful for gated content).

• List Management: * Assign subscribers to specific Public Lists (where users choose their interests via checkboxes).

  • Assign subscribers to Private/Enforced Lists (behind-the-scenes segmentation based on the form used).

• Double Opt-in Support: Choose between “Confirmed” (Single Opt-in) or “Unconfirmed” (Double Opt-in) status. If unconfirmed, the plugin automatically sends the standard activation email.
