Instasend is designed for speed. Instead of manually building a newsletter from scratch in the drag-and-drop editor, it creates a “one-click” bridge:
Instant Drafts: When you publish or edit a WordPress post, an “Instasend” box appears in your sidebar. Clicking it automatically generates a newsletter draft using that post’s content.
Template-Based: It uses a pre-defined template to ensure your “instant” newsletters always match your brand’s look and feel.
Automation Lite: While “The Newsletter Plugin” has a fully “Automated” addon for scheduled digests, Instasend is for users who want to manually trigger a specific update the moment a post is ready.

Customizable Blocks: You can choose whether the newsletter shows the full post, just an excerpt, or the featured image.

Install the Addon: You must have the core The Newsletter Plugin installed first. You can then add Instasend via the Addons Manager.
Create a Template: Go to Newsletter > Instasend > Template. Set up your header, footer, and add the “Instasend Block” where you want the post content to appear.
Publish and Send: Inside any WordPress post (new or old), look for the Instasend box on the right sidebar. Click “Create a Newsletter”, review the draft, and send.
