Contact Creation & Updates: Automatically create a “Person” in Capsule upon form submission. If the contact already exists (matched by email), the plugin can update the record rather than creating a duplicate.
Task Automation: Create a “Task” in Capsule (e.g., “Follow up with lead”) and associate it with the contact created from the form.
Field Mapping: Map your Gravity Forms fields (Name, Email, Phone, Address, etc.) to the corresponding standard or custom fields in Capsule CRM.
Conditional Logic: Use Gravity Forms’ built-in logic to determine when data should be sent to Capsule (e.g., only send to the CRM if the user checks a “Please contact me” box).
Async Processing: Version 1.7+ supports background (asynchronous) feed processing to prevent slow form submissions from affecting user experience.
