The Gravity Flow Form Connector is an extension for the Gravity Flow plugin (which itself is an automation layer for Gravity Forms). It is designed to bridge the gap between different forms, allowing data to move, sync, or trigger actions across your entire WordPress site or even between different sites.
The extension adds several specialized “Step Types” to your Gravity Flow workflow builder:
This step allows a workflow to automatically generate a new entry in a different form.
Example: When a “New Hire” form is approved, the plugin automatically creates an entry in the “IT Equipment Request” form with the employee’s details already filled in.
You can search for and update a specific entry in another form based on criteria (like an Email or Entry ID).
Example: A “Project Update” form can automatically find the original “Project Proposal” entry and change its status or update the “Current Budget” field.
This is one of the most powerful features. It pauses the current workflow and waits for a user to submit a different form before continuing.
How it works: It generates a secure link (with a unique token) that sends the user to a second form. Once that second form is submitted, the original workflow resumes.
Common Use: Taking a customer from a “Service Request” form to a “Secure Payment” form mid-workflow.
Automate the cleanup of data. You can set a step to trash or permanently delete entries in other forms when a process is finalized.
The Form Connector can communicate with other WordPress sites that also have Gravity Flow and the Form Connector installed. You can send entry data from Site A to Site B seamlessly.
