The Gravity Flow Checklists extension is a powerful add-on for the Gravity Flow plugin (which itself extends Gravity Forms). Its primary purpose is to group multiple forms into a single, cohesive “checklist” that a user must complete, making it ideal for onboarding, compliance, or multi-stage applications.

Multi-Form Aggregation: You can bundle several Gravity Forms together. A user might need to fill out a “Personal Info” form, an “Insurance” form, and a “Code of Conduct” form to complete their “Employee Onboarding” checklist.
Sequential or Any-Order Completion: * Sequential: Forms are “greyed out” and locked until the previous form in the list is submitted.
Any-Order: Users can jump between forms in the checklist as they see fit.
Real-Time Status Tracking: Both the admin and the user see clear visual indicators (checkmarks for completed, empty boxes for pending) to track progress.
Individual Workflows per Step: Each form within the checklist can still trigger its own unique Gravity Flow workflow (e.g., Form A requires an approval step, while Form B just sends a PDF).
User Exemptions: Administrators can manually exempt specific users from certain forms within a checklist if they aren’t applicable.
You can show checklists to your users on the front-end of your site in three ways:
Block Editor: Use the dedicated Gravity Flow Checklists block.
Shortcode: Use [gravityflow page="checklists"].
Single Page Mode: This setting keeps the checklist navigation visible at the top of the page while the user fills out the individual forms, preventing them from getting “lost” in the process.
