The Gravity Flow Folder extension allows Gravity Flow administrators to organize workflow entries into logical or arbitrary groupings and display them on the front end using shortcodes and through the WordPress management UI.

Instead of searching through thousands of entries in a single list, administrators can create folders to group related items.
Logical Grouping: Group entries by project, client, status, or department.
Multiple Folders: A single entry can live in multiple folders simultaneously without duplicating data.
Workflow Integration: You can automate the “filing” process. For example, once a manager approves a request, a workflow step can automatically move that entry into a “Verified” or “Active Projects” folder.

The extension adds two specific step types to your Gravity Flow workflow builder:
Add to Folder Step: Automatically places an entry into a specific folder when it reaches this point in the process.
Remove from Folder Step: Cleans up your organization by removing entries once they are no longer relevant to a specific group (e.g., moving a “Pending” entry out of the “Inbox” folder once it’s assigned).
