• Conditional Subscriptions: Using Fluent Forms’ built-in conditional logic, you can subscribe users only if they check a specific “Opt-in” box or if they select a particular interest in a dropdown menu.

• Automatic Segmentation: You can set up a form to automatically assign subscribers to different lists based on which form they filled out (e.g., a “Webinar” form adds them to the “Events” list).

• Seamless Sync: Once a form is submitted, the contact is pushed instantly to your newsletter database without manual export/import.

How it Works (Setup Steps)

• Install the Add-on: You need the “Fluent Forms Extension” for The Newsletter Plugin (usually available as a premium add-on or via their professional plans).

• Create Your Form: Build a form in Fluent Forms including an Email field and an optional Consent checkbox.

• Configure the Feed: Navigate to Newsletter > Integrations > Fluent Forms.

• Map Fields: Select your form, choose which Newsletter lists the user should join, and match the form fields to your subscriber profile fields.

• Save & Test: Once saved, every submission will now create or update a subscriber in The Newsletter Plugin.
