The Gravity Forms Google Analytics Add-On is an official integration (maintained by Rocketgenius) that bridges the gap between your WordPress forms and GA4. It is designed to track how users interact with your forms without requiring manual code snippets.

The add-on typically fires the following default events which you can see in your GA4 Real-time reports:
form_submission: Triggered when a user successfully submits a form.
form_page_change: Triggered when a user moves between pages in a multi-page form.
Custom Parameters: You can map form fields to custom parameters (e.g., form_id, form_title, or conversion_value) to add more context to your data.
Install: Navigate to Forms → Add-Ons in your WordPress dashboard and locate the Google Analytics Add-On.
Connect: Go to Forms → Settings → Google Analytics. Click “Connect to Google” to authorize your account and select your GA4 Property.
Feed Creation: You must create a “Feed” for each form you want to track. Go to the specific Form Settings → Google Analytics and click “Add New” to configure the event settings.
