The Gravity Forms Mollie Add-On is an official integration that allows WordPress sites to accept payments via Mollie, a popular European payment processor. To use the official Mollie Add-On, your environment must meet the following criteria:
Gravity Forms License: Requires a Pro, Elite, or Nonprofit license.
WordPress Version: Minimum 6.5 (Recommended 6.9+).
PHP Version: Minimum 7.4 (Recommended 8.3+).
Security: An SSL Certificate must be installed and configured on your site.
PHP Extensions: curl, ctype, dom, and openssl must be enabled.
The official add-on is designed for simplicity and security, focusing on core payment functionality:
One-Time Payments: The official add-on currently only supports one-time payments. (If you need recurring subscriptions, you must use a third-party plugin like Pronamic Pay).
Mollie Connect (OAuth): Easy setup by simply logging into your Mollie account; no manual API key copying required.
Refund Synchronization: While you cannot initiate a refund from the WordPress dashboard, if you process a refund in the Mollie dashboard, the status will automatically sync and update the entry in Gravity Forms.
Delayed Actions: You can delay “User Registration” or “Post Creation” until after a successful payment is confirmed.
Transaction Insights: View transaction analytics and manage orders directly through the Mollie dashboard.

Install: Download and activate the Mollie Add-On from the Gravity Forms “Add-Ons” section.
Connect: Navigate to Forms → Settings → Mollie and click Connect via Mollie.
Form Field: Add the Mollie Field (found under Pricing Fields) to your form.
Create Feed: Go to the form’s Settings → Mollie and create a “Feed” to map your form fields (like Total and Email) to the payment data.
