The add-on allows you to bridge the gap between customer data collection and internal task management:
Automatic Card Creation: New form submissions are automatically converted into “Breeze Cards” on a specific project board.
Field Mapping: You can map form fields (Name, Email, Message, etc.) to Breeze card attributes like the card name and description.
Task Assignment: Automatically assign the newly created card to a specific team member.
Due Dates: Set custom due dates for tasks generated via the form to ensure timely follow-up.
Conditional Logic: Only create a Breeze card if specific criteria are met (e.g., only if a user selects “Project Inquiry” from a dropdown).
Gravity Flow Integration: If you use Gravity Flow, you can trigger the Breeze card creation at any specific step in a multi-level approval workflow.
To run the Breeze Add-On effectively, your environment should meet the following requirements:
Authentication: Requires a Breeze API Key (generated from your Breeze account settings) to link WordPress to your project boards.
PHP Extensions: Requires cURL, JSON, and OpenSSL to be enabled on your server for API communication.
Install: Go to Forms > Add-Ons in your WordPress dashboard, locate “Breeze,” and click Install.
Authenticate: Navigate to Forms > Settings > Breeze and enter your Breeze API Key.
Create a Feed: Go to the specific form you want to link, then Settings > Breeze > Add New.
Map Fields: Choose your Breeze Project and List, then map your form fields to the Card settings.
