To use this integration, your WordPress site must meet the following criteria:
Main Plugin: wpForo Forum (Version 2.2.2 or higher required).
Base Plugin: Groups (Free version available on WordPress.org) must be installed and activated first.
PHP Version: 7.2 or higher (PHP 8.x recommended for 2026 standards).
WordPress Version: 5.2 or higher.
No Inheritance: Restrictions do not automatically trickle down. You must set the access rules for each individual forum or sub-forum you wish to restrict; restricting a parent category does not automatically hide its children.
Installation: It is installed as a standard WordPress plugin zip file. You will typically need a license key from the developer (gVectors) to activate updates.
