To use the Zapier addon, your environment must meet the following criteria:
WPForms License: Requires a Pro license or higher (Elite). It is not available in the Lite (Free) or Basic versions.
SSL Certificate (HTTPS): Your website must have a valid SSL certificate. Zapier will not connect to insecure http sites for data security reasons.
WordPress Version: Generally requires the latest version of WordPress (or at least 5.5+).
PHP Version: PHP 7.4 or higher is recommended for optimal performance.
Zapier Account: You need a Zapier account. While there is a free tier, some “Premium” app integrations on Zapier require a paid Zapier subscription.
Lead Management: Automatically send new leads to your CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
