Beyond standard fields (Username, Email, Name), you can map form fields to Custom User Meta. This allows you to collect data like:
Phone numbers or mailing addresses.
Social media profiles or website URLs.
Professional details (Job title, Company).
Note: These fields populate the user’s WordPress profile automatically upon submission.
To prevent spam and control access, the addon offers two main activation methods:
User Email Activation: Sends a unique link to the user; the account is only created/activated once they click it.
Admin Approval: New registrations are held in a “Pending” state until a site administrator manually approves them.
Auto-Login: Optionally log users in immediately after they submit the registration form.
Conditional Logic: Show or hide registration fields based on previous answers (e.g., only show “Company Name” if they select “Business Account”).
Role Assignment: Automatically assign a specific WordPress User Role (Subscriber, Author, etc.) based on the form used.
Payment Gateways: Connect with Stripe or PayPal to create Paid Registrations (ideal for membership sites).
Marketing Tools: Automatically add new registrants to email lists like Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Constant Contact.
