To use this addon, you must have the following ready:
WPForms Core Plugin: The “Lite” (free) version does not support this addon; you must have a paid license.
Campaign Monitor Account: You will need your API Key and Client ID, which are found under Account Settings > API Keys in your Campaign Monitor dashboard.
Active Mailing List: At least one list must already be created in Campaign Monitor to receive the data.
