When a user buys a gift, they don’t just pay and leave—they get a Gift-Giver Account. From their dashboard, they can:
View a list of all gifts purchased.
Resend the gift notification email if the recipient loses it.
Copy a Direct Redemption Link to send via text or private message.
Track the Status of the gift (e.g., whether it has been redeemed yet).
Instant Access: Once the recipient clicks the link or code, they are taken to a simplified registration page to create their own account.
Email Notifications: Recipients receive a stylized HTML email containing the gift details and a personal message from the sender.
Automated Reminders: You can set up “Expiration Reminders” specifically for gifted members, encouraging them to renew with their own payment method once the gift period ends.
Gifting Toggle: Adds a simple checkbox to your existing membership registration pages (“Is this a gift?”).
Dynamic UI: When checked, the form expands to collect the Recipient’s Name, Email, and a Personalized Message.
Proration Handling: The add-on automatically disables proration for gift purchases to ensure the giver pays the full price of the membership being gifted.
