CoachKit organizes the coaching experience into three main hierarchies:
Programs: The high-level coaching “product” (e.g., “90-Day Fat Loss” or “Executive Leadership”). You can create an unlimited number of programs.
Cohorts: Specific “classes” or groups within a program. This allows you to manage different start dates or group sizes for the same material.
Milestones & Habits:
Milestones: Fixed, one-time goals or benchmarks (e.g., “Complete Module 1”).
Habits: Recurring daily or weekly tasks to build consistency (e.g., “Drink 2L of water” or “Journal for 10 minutes”).

CoachKit introduces specific WordPress roles to manage the ecosystem:
Administrators: Full control over site setup, adding programs, and assigning coaches to cohorts.
Coaches: Can manage assigned clients, track their progress, and use the messaging system.
Clients (Students): Access the enrollment dashboard, track their own habits/milestones, and communicate with their coach.
No Standalone Use: You cannot use CoachKit without an active MemberPress subscription.
Transaction Fees: While CoachKit itself doesn’t charge fees, your payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal) will apply their standard rates unless you are on a plan that waives additional MemberPress platform fees.
