This is the most straightforward method. It is included with MemberPress Plus and Pro editions.
Automatic Sync: When a user registers for a membership, their email and name are automatically added to your Constant Contact list.

Navigate to MemberPress > Add-ons in your WordPress dashboard.
Find Constant Contact and click Install Add-on.
Go to MemberPress > Settings > Marketing tab.
Enter your Constant Contact API Key (you get this from the Constant Contact Developer Portal).
Select your Default List.
(Optional) Go to MemberPress > Memberships > [Your Membership] > Advanced to set a specific list for that specific membership level.
