The process is straightforward and avoids manual SQL queries:
Install the Add-on: You need both the wpDataTables (Pro version) and the Gravity Forms Integration add-on installed.
Create a New Table: Navigate to wpDataTables -> Create a Table.
Select Source: Choose the option “Create a data table linked to an existing data source”.
Choose Gravity Forms: In the “Input data source type” dropdown, select Gravity Form.
Configure Fields: Choose the specific form you want to pull data from and select which fields (columns) you want to display in your table.
Customize & Publish: Adjust colors, column names, and sorting rules, then use the generated shortcode to place the table on any page.
