GeoMarketplace (often referred to as the GeoDirectory Marketplace add-on) is a specialized extension designed to transform a standard business directory into a functional e-commerce ecosystem. It allows listing owners to become “vendors” and sell products or services directly from their listing pages.

The primary purpose of GeoMarketplace is to bridge the gap between a Directory (finding a business) and a Marketplace (buying from that business).
Listing-to-Shop Integration: Each listing can have its own “Shop” tab where the owner’s products are displayed.
Proximity Product Search: Users can search for specific products and filter results based on how close the vendor is to their current location.
Multi-Vendor Support: Integrates with major multi-vendor frameworks (like MultiVendorX, Dokan, or WCFM) to handle complex vendor dashboards and split payments.
Commission Management: Site administrators can set global or per-vendor commission rates for every sale made through the directory.

To function as a marketplace, this plugin requires a specific “stack” of other plugins:
