GamiPress – Points Limits is a premium add-on designed to prevent “point inflation” by capping the amount of digital currency a user can earn. It provides granular control over point accumulation, allowing you to set restrictions based on specific timeframes and user roles.

Settings for this add-on are found directly within the Points Type edit screen. A dedicated “Points Limits” meta box allows you to define:
Points Amount: The maximum numeric value a user can reach in the specified period.
Limit Recurrence: How often the “cap” resets. For example, setting a limit of 100 points per Day means the user can earn 100 points every 24-hour cycle.
Role-Based Overrides: You can set a “Subscriber” limit to 50 points/day while allowing “Editors” to earn 500 points/day.
To keep users informed, the plugin includes a Points Limit Block and a Widget. These can be customized with various tags:
