In AutomatorWP, the Gravity Forms integration primarily acts as a Trigger. This means the “event” starts when a user interacts with your form.
User submits a form: (Free) Triggers when a logged-in user submits a specific form.
Guest submits a form: (Free) Triggers when a non-logged-in visitor submits a form.
User submits a specific field value: (Pro) Triggers only if a specific field in the form matches a value (e.g., if “Interested in” is “Web Design”).
Payment Submissions: Triggers after a successful payment via Gravity Forms (requires GF payment add-ons like Stripe or PayPal).
While Gravity Forms usually starts the automation, the integration also offers specific actions to manage entries:
Update an entry: Change data in an existing Gravity Forms entry.
Delete entries: Automatically clean up entries for a specific user.
