Triggers allow AutomatorWP to watch for specific changes inside FluentCRM to start an automation.
Tag Added/Removed: Trigger an action when a specific tag is applied to or removed from a contact.
Added to/Removed from List: Fire a workflow when a user joins or leaves a specific mailing list.
Status Change: Trigger actions when a contact’s status changes (e.g., from Pending to Subscribed).
Field Updates: (Available in Pro) React when a specific contact field or custom field value is updated.
Actions allow other triggers on your site (like a WooCommerce purchase or a course completion) to update FluentCRM.
Add/Remove Tags: Automatically tag users based on their activity (e.g., “Tagged: Course_Finished”).
