The integration works through “recipes” consisting of Triggers (what happens on WordPress) and Actions (what happens in ActiveCampaign).
When a user does something on your site, you can instantly update their profile in ActiveCampaign:
User Registration: Automatically add new WordPress users to an ActiveCampaign list.
Course Completion: If using an LMS (like LearnDash), tag a user in ActiveCampaign when they finish a lesson.
Form Submissions: Sync data from plugins like Gravity Forms or Contact Form 7 to contact fields.
Purchase Activity: Tag users or add them to lists after a WooCommerce checkout.
You can also let ActiveCampaign “talk back” to your site:
