This add-on allows you to use form submissions as “Triggers” to kick off automated workflows (called “Recipes”) across your WordPress site.
Triggers:
User submits a form: Run an action when a logged-in user completes a specific form.
Guest submits a form: Run an action when a non-logged-in visitor completes a form.
Field value triggers (Pro): Run actions only if a specific value is entered into a specific field.
Example Use Case: When a user submits a “Support” form via Caldera, AutomatorWP can automatically add them to a Mailchimp list, give them a “Customer” role in WordPress, and send a notification to a Slack channel.
