AutomatorWP – ARForms is an integration add-on that connects the ARForms builder plugin with the AutomatorWP automation engine.
This is EXACTLY the same product as distributed by the developer. Sales Page
This integration primarily functions through Triggers (the “When this happens” part of an automation).
User submits a form: Fires when a registered user completes a specific ARForms form.
Guest submits a form: Fires when a non-logged-in visitor completes a form.
User submits a field value: (Pro Feature) Fires only if a specific value is entered into a specific field (e.g., if a user selects “Interested in Coaching” from a dropdown).
Guest submits a field value: (Pro Feature) Similar to the above, but for visitors.
Install Requirements: You must have both AutomatorWP (the core plugin) and ARForms installed and active.
Add the Integration: Install the AutomatorWP – ARForms add-on.
Create an Automation:
Go to AutomatorWP > Add New Automation.
Select the Anonymous or Logged-in type.
Click Add Trigger and select ARForms.
Choose your specific form and any conditions.
Click Add Action to choose what should happen next (e.g., send an email, add a role, etc.).
No-Code: You don’t need to touch functions.php or hooks to make your forms talk to other plugins.
Extensible: Because AutomatorWP has 200+ other integrations, ARForms effectively gains the ability to talk to almost any major WordPress plugin.
Dynamic Data: You can use “Tags” to pass information from the form submission (like the user’s name or a custom field) directly into the action.
